    Even though it’s from 2016, the fundamentals are incredibly well taught. The HIV, TB, and antimicrobial sections are timeless. I supplemented with newer guidelines separately, but as a core review it’s excellent

    The speakers explain complex concepts clearly and logically. Some content like COVID-era updates is obviously missing (since it’s pre-2020), but if you're focusing on core pathogens and syndromes, this still holds up well
