Questions at the end of each chapter could be a little shorter but it makes the book a little more readable. Maybe interspersing those questions in between the chapters so as not to break the continuity could help spice up reading experience.

As a primary care clinician I am please with the book. It is written by primary care clinicians who are double boarded in psychiatry so it gives a flavor of both ends. Not only do the writers focus on treatments but also how to ask those open ended and tough questions. I really like the AMPS model and time saving strategies.
